This guitar is in great condition, it does have some scraping damage on the back of the body along the lower edge, and some other minor scratching here and there. There looks to have been a nut re-glue as there is some leftover excess residue on the headstock as pictured. The frets show some signs of wear but have plenty of life left in them. The action at the 12th fret is about 2mm currently. The guitar feels great to play.
